Sushi!

Went to a place called Taki Sushi in NYC when I was 8 or 9- so around 1984. I loved it. They had traditional Japanese sunken seating and rice paper walls. You had to take off your shoes.
I don't mind doing laundry or folding it. I DETEST putting it away.
What was her name OP? Had you named her yet?
Tel Aviv is supposed to be a fantastic city. Haven't been, but I'd look into it seriously.

When mine were that age they went through the EXACT same phase - and I had a nanny and no one was traveling. I think 16-19 months is a peak separation anxiety phase.

It faded quickly, so take heart.
We got a clock for toddlers that you can set to show them when they can get out of bed and it has been great. The idea is that they aren't allowed to get up until the clock says its ok. We really found it helpful and moved them from a pre-6 waking to a 6:30-7 wake time.

Something like this:

But also, I would move bedtime back an hour. 7:30 or 8 is really fine for a toddler.
I just want to know if the quotes I am getting ($21-25 per hour) are insane or if I just need to adjust my expectations!

Thanks!
Hi all - I am looking for a low-cost (as much as it can be) lawn and garden service or gardner to do regular work/mowing. I am in Bethesda near Mass Ave.

Would love all your recommendations!

Thanks,
Sophie

Hi all,
My family and I (DH and B/G 2-year-old twins) are moving to the area in mid-march. We need to find a rental (<$4000) in the Bethesda/North DC areas, buy a car, investigate pre schools etc.

Any ideas where to start? Has anyone relocated recently who can give me tips!?

Thanks.
