If you're not using free weights as a major component of your workout, you should-- weightlifting is what transforms your body. If you are using weights, maybe you need to adjust your workout because after a certain period of time, you hit a plateau and need to change things to continue seeing results.

BTW, not liking how you look naked is a common problem for women of all sizes and ages, so don't beat yourself up about that. Hopefully the only people who see you naked are yourself and your partner anyway.

^^... great and sensible advice regarding lifting weights.....

Don't be intimidated by the free weights, barbells...they will help transform your body....Strength train and progressively add weights.....eat at a slight calorie deficit .... I promise you wont bulk up... Do compound exercises to get the best out of your workout time...squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, military presses, glute bridges etc etc...

yes on the lean protein and also make sure u have enough good fats .... I too eat atleast 120 grams of lean protein a day and 50 grams of fat.... lots and lots of water every single day...I lift 3xweek and do cardio( run/kickbox/bike) for about 45 mins 3x week...people always think i weigh 20 lbs lighter than i do...Muscles are compact compared to fat and u will fit into smaller clothes at the same weight if your body fat % is lowered..

And OP ..love your body and be patient...If u strength train you most likely wont see the scales moving that fast.....but keep taking pics and measurements every 2 weeks or so....U will be amazed at what your body is capable of...

Good luck....
