+1 Don't take "old pills" that haven't bee prescribed for the current ailment. No cruciferous veggies, healthy diet with no salt, lots of water, exercise. And recognize that though your belly feels very pushed out, nobody is going to be looking at you and noticing it and you don't need to undertake emergency behaviors to rectify this feeling. |

Pineapple.
i lived in Colombia for a couple of months and they'd make this pineapple and mint drink -- so good. i'd feel so skinny the next day. throw pineapple, water, ice and mint into a mixer. |
