If you wake up 4:30-5:30 to workout, what time do you go to bed?

What the title asks - if you wake up very early to workout (run, walk, gym, class, whatever), with a 4:30am-5:30am wakeup call, what time do you go to sleep? What time do you actually fall asleep?

Aim for bed by 9pm, sleep by 10.

10:30-11:30. I don’t need much sleep. Plus I only wake up at 0430 to workout maybe 3 days per week, other days I am able to work out later in the morning

^to add sometimes as late at 12:30, but again, it doesn’t bother me much. My kids aren’t asleep until about 10 and then I usually have kitchen clean up and other chores to do before I head to bed

I wake up at 5:15 on weekdays to work out. Ideally I'm in bed reading no later than 9:15 and lights out around 9:30 or 9:45. Some days I crash before that. Some days I have activities that keep me up until 10:30 or 11.

In bed about 9:30, to fall asleep by 10:30ish for a 5-530 wake up. I’m good with 6-7 hours of sleep

I get up at 4am 4 days a week to workout at orange theory at 5am.
In bed by 8pm, usually asleep by 9 - 10. I work from 8-5, shower at my regular gym, after doing an additional 30-45 minutes of cardio. Get everything prepped the night before (lunch packed, purse ready, gym bag and work backpack) I sleep in my workout clothes to help. The hardest part of my morning is waiting for the Keurig to warm up. I also always make sure I have gas in my tank, my phone is charged, and an extra pair of tennis shoes.

It’s a lot, but well worth it because it’s over and done by 7am and I have my free time after work. I also commute 45 minutes, so traffic gets stressful during the school year. I take a 1 hour lunch break and often nap after eating
