What is our new puppy mixed with? (picture)

We did a DNA test and the results should be available soon. Any guesses as to what breeds he's mixed with? I'll post the results when we get them!

Our vet also said Cattle Dog. Here is a picture of his momma. We fostered her while she gave birth to her puppies. We were thinking she is a lab, hound, pit mix?

He is adorable and not the least bit ugly.

There is no pit or lab in that dog. Hound is likely, but it is many generations removed from any identifiable breed.

Aww thanks guys We also think he's pretty adorable. Here he is at 4 weeks. His markings have changed so much!

Muzzle eyes and stocky front build, at least some pit. Other some sort of pointer cattle type dog.
