This cute young guy who lip syncs to mostly 80s music is “blowing up” TikTok. The comments and spin-off TikToks are hilarious. I mostly watch TiikToks of animals and don’t pay attention to trending TikTok “stars,” but the lightning-fast way this guy is building a presence on TikTok is fascinating.
