DP. I grew up in the rural midwest and, yeah, he reminds me of the guys out there. I don't think he's creepy, I just don't think he has really learned to use his assets. | The thing is that he exudes sensuality without having to bare his body, get tats all over, or get ridiculously pumped at at the gym. There's plenty of that on TikTok and I just scroll right past. To women who did not grow up with social media and everyone revealing way to much of themselves online, it's refreshing to see someone who doesn't have to put it all out there--reminds us of more innocent times. |

I'm middle aged too, but I choose to see it as reconnecting with my younger self. It's not exactly lust but nostalgia that many older women feel--nostalgia for a time when we were young, listened to music on our ______ (insert: stereos, cassette tapes, boomboxes, whatever), and daydreamed about boys. He's tapping into that vibe, not a Mrs. Robinson vibe. |
