Another ICE Shooting in Minnesota

They are protesting ICE taking children, citizens, half dressed Hmong old men, dragging people out of cars, shooting them, using weapons of war on citizens. They are protesting a surge of militia like 3000 agents reigning chaos on their city. .

They are not out there protesting orderly seizures.

When the deceased man was struggling with federal agents, one of the agents saw his gun and yelled “gun”. I believe one of the agents removed the deceased man’s gun during the struggle, but not all of the agents knew that. When the agents are searching the man’s body after he passed, one of them is heard asking “where’s the gun?”

These are trying to do a dangerous job and have protestors/rioters constantly in their faces. They were faced with a man resisting arrest who possessed a gun. I believe that was their mindset.

Protesting is not illegal. His gun was not illegal. He didn’t threaten them with it. They don’t get to start killing people every time they get a bit jumpy. Not to mention the situations that make them a bit jumpy are 100% created by them!

He wasn't being arrested. ICE is not the police. They can't just cuff someone because they annoyed them. Not that the police are supposed to do that either, but that's an issue for another time. Him having a gun was not a crime. They don't get to shoot someone because they possess a gun.

He was not resisting arrest. He was being pistol whipped and pepper sprayed in the face before being shot 12 times in the back.

He was shot in the back from point blank range while he was face down with his hands on the ground.
