When the deceased man was struggling with federal agents, one of the agents saw his gun and yelled “gun”. I believe one of the agents removed the deceased man’s gun during the struggle, but not all of the agents knew that. When the agents are searching the man’s body after he passed, one of them is heard asking “where’s the gun?”

These are trying to do a dangerous job and have protestors/rioters constantly in their faces. They were faced with a man resisting arrest who possessed a gun. I believe that was their mindset.

Is what these people are doing constitutionally protected protest? They are actively attempting to impede and obstruct federal law enforcement activities. That’s not a constitutionally protected right. It’s not a safe environment for anyone.

You know, when a patient is in active psychosis and EVEN NOT restrained in an ER, if someone yells "Gun!", the doctors and nurses aren't allowed to put 10 bullets into him. Why is that?

Yes, but these men were not in danger. At all. At most they had poorly communicated the fact that the gun had already exited the situation. He was legally allowed to carry that gun, by the way. None of that justified his murder.

He was NOT resisting arrest. They had already pepper sprayed him in the eyes so he might have been thrashing around a bit, but he was NOT resisting arrest. Stop lying. As to to him having a gun--rules for me but not for thee, right?
