He looks fine. And he’s a freaking astronaut!! How cool is that?

If Harris picks him the black community would get on board. He had Jim Clyburn’s support and he (Buttigieg) is the father of two black children. Pete would be a phenomenal ally for the black community and all of America.

He's also on record as telling his black constituents he didn't care so good luck with that.

He brings nothing to the table that Harris needs and actually poses a risk to losing votes

He's a no.

Get over it.

You're wrong and I'm not getting over it. He brings a lot that she needs - he's an adept communicator, messenger, and attack dog. He loves policy and has a brilliant and calm demeanor. Any of the choices are risky and she very well may not choose him, but he's still the smartest pick.

Pete should be Sec of State.

I love it! The more surrogates out there talking Harris up, the better.

I’m more concerned about the large number of people who have made public statements saying they don’t want the job.

Who is most attractive (in your opinion) of those remaining?

None of them are particularly attractive, but picking someone very ugly will hurt their chances among low information voters. IMO, Josh Shapiro is the best looking one and it might help them win PA, so he is probably the best choice.

Like who? People who were never going to get it?
Ok, i will go on record saying I don't want the job (nevermind i was never going to get it)

And he’s got an identical twin! So they can both campaign simultaneously!

He's also very smart and good at seeing how best to message while campaigning. I was a doubter, but the more I've gotten to know his work, the more I see him as a potential good President.

This would be a mistake.
Let him be Press secretary.

Not VP

Generally, once you've been the Secretary of Transportation, Press Secretary is a step down, but who knows?

He can go home as far as I'm concerned. Don't like him at all wish he disappeared after 2020. But he got a nod in the party because the Hollywood Dems want him.
He has his shine in transportation he can stay there or go home
No VP for him.

I like Beto but I don't think he's right for this year .
Perhaps a position in the administration

Mark Kelly and his twin to eff with Republicans.
Have them both out stumping and the twin can say "I never said that" or "That is not what I think". LOL
Put all 3 on the debate stage and Vance has to guess which is the real Kelly.

Yes, I'm serious. People are less likely to vote for someone that is ugly. That is just human nature, doesn't matter if it is rational or not. You need to consider this information to boost the odds of winning.

He has been an effective administrator and transportation advocate. What is your problem with him?
