I’m not! LOL. Any place they’re not required I’m not wearing one.

Not me! I did just go to total wine and they required one so I put it on no problem.

Eh, I'll go with the flow. If it seems like 20% are unmasked, I'll take it off. But admittedly I don't want to be the only one.

That said, I've been going to the gym (unmasked, pre-vaccinated) since they reopened last June, so this is no biggie. People were never getting covid from going to the grocery store or Home Depot.

Yup. Midnight at tonight. Individual stores can still require them, but it's not a state mandate.

The state of emergency expires in VA on 6/30. I think it will be a lot of weirdness until then, with people being very deliberate and trying to send a message with their mask wearing or not. After 6/30, I’m hoping people lighten up. Even people with young kids who can’t be vaccinated yet. Everything I do with my kids on a daily basis, like riding bikes/scooters, sports practice, driving around in the car ... carries more risk of hospitalization for that age group than Covid.

10% of kids have long Covid. You must be a terrible driver.

Please support that claim with some evidence?

Where on earth are you getting 10% of kids with long covid? They really don't have enough data to have any sort of accurate numbers on how many kids who get covid have long haul symptoms, but its only a percentage of those who are hospitalized, which is a small percentage of kids who test positive for Covid.

This is going to cause a lot more of what we saw earlier in the pandemic.

Store employees being harassed or even physically harmed for asking customers to wear their mask per store policy.

It decreased when it became state mandated. There are too many stoopid people still not getting vaccinated, I think we're jumping the gun a bit here.

Omg. Just omg. This is the level of misinformation and fear mongering we’re dealing with here. Lord have mercy!

If adults haven’t gotten vaxxed by now they probably aren’t planning to, so we have to live with those numbers.
