I pass this house everyday... I’ve always wondered about it as it’s so different from other CCMD houses. Super cool. Doubtful that something right on Wisconsin will get 2.5 though. Also curious what value people place on the licensed accessory apartment (been considering doing that on our home, too)....

| This is a block from where I grew up and although I don’t love it (I hate modern generally) you guys should have seen what it looked like before they got a hold of it - hospital green brick and block rectangle with black trim. Even as a kid I was like “who is ever going to buy that house?” |
