I’ve always wondered what the inside looked like

I pass this house everyday... I’ve always wondered about it as it’s so different from other CCMD houses. Super cool. Doubtful that something right on Wisconsin will get 2.5 though. Also curious what value people place on the licensed accessory apartment (been considering doing that on our home, too)....

Looks out of place.

What a bizarre mish-mash of styles and finishes. I can’t imagine that an architect or designer were involved in the development of that thing. Makes me sad.

The interior stairs make me sad. And very angry. Why are they all different shapes and angles?

What is happening in the main kitchen with that big black frame? Is that just decorative, or a pantry or something?

Apart from the bedrooms and the weird stairs, the interiors look like they were done by someone who designed condo buildings circa 2000-2010.

Quite striking!

This is a block from where I grew up and although I don’t love it (I hate modern generally) you guys should have seen what it looked like before they got a hold of it - hospital green brick and block rectangle with black trim. Even as a kid I was like “who is ever going to buy that house?”

So-much-stone

I hate it. For 2.5 I want at least a patch of grass.

I really hate this and I like modern. It all looks cheap.

Me again. And the awnings! I forgot about the awnings. At some point they painted it beige, but it looked like this until five years ago.

Oh yes! That's the house. I used to walk from friendship heights to Bethesda often and this is what I remember. I don't remember the green, I'd love to see a picture.
