| I turned 50 recently, I’m looking for a new fragrance. I usually wear Clinique Happy but I feel it’s too youthful, kiddie. Any recommendations? |

None. I use scented lotion- Avon Haiku. The green one. Smells crisp, green, kind of growed up officey. If I need more fragrance, I rub on my hands. It's pretty aromatic. They have matching perfume, but I think it's overkill.
I used to love Clinique Happy!!! |
| Ni one in this forum uses perfume. |
| Chanel no.5 |

Jardine Sur Le Nile by Hermès
Amazing scent if you like citrusy, fresh scents I also have a knockoff of Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea Salt that I love. |

I've been wearing White Sandalwood from Nest for years, but it's discontinued and I'm almost out. So I've been hunting for a new fragrance as well, OP. I like kind of earthy fragrances and it sounds like you like lighter, more floral scents (if you've been wearing Happy for a long time), so I don't know if I'm the right person to make a recommendation on specific scents. But I would recommend trying a perfume beauty box from Scentbird or perusing Lucky Scent and ordering samples. It's the only way I know to find a fragrance -- everyone likes different things and you also have to try them out before you decide because they smell different on each person.
Luckyscent has sample packs where you get 13 sample fragrances from a specific profile (feminine, masculine, unisex) or you can request a custom set where you describe what you are looking for in a fragrance (so you could explain that you are looking to move on from Clinique Happy and are looking for something a little more sophisticated, plus anything else that would be useful) and they select 13 samples for you. It's only $42 for set! A great way to try out a bunch of things without having to go all in on a bottle of something you may or may not like. |
| Jo Malone ...Mimosa and Cardamom I think. I also wear Artemisia from Penhaligon’s. |
NP, I used to think Chanel no. 5 was an old=perso's scent, too heavy. Now that im in my 40s i think its nice. LOL I wear Chloe's classic Eau de Parfum: https://www.nordstrom.com/s/chloe-eau-de-parfum-spray/3018014 |

My all time favorite is Narciso Rodriguez For Her, but it’s a warm, musky fragrance.
You might like Daisy by Marc Jacobs. It’s lighter and floral. I find it refreshing. |
| Cachemire by Maison Christian Dior. Or Lucky. Neroli portofino by Tom Ford makes me happy, then there are big guns Angels share by Kilian and white pachiuli by Tom Ford |
| I wear perfume like once a year, but when I do it's Fracas. I like anything with gardenia in it. |
| Jo malone is nice. try those scents. |
| Memba Body shop oils - strawberry, white musk, etc. |
One of those light fragrances from Hermès might be just the ticket, OP. I have loved Jardin sur la Nile for years. There are several “jardin” ones and you might also like an Hermessence frag - you can buy decants on places like Scentsplit since fragrance shopping in stores is kind of impossible with a mask. Hermessences are not available in all Hermès points of sale, just in their boutiques. Osmanthus Yunnan is supposed to be amazing. |
| Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine is my go-to. |
