First gap was 21 months. Second gap was 30 months.

4 years and I am SO SO SO glad. My third is 10 weeks old now.

My first two are 18 months apart.
Now they are 5.5 and 4. Baby is 10 weeks.

I’m loving life. Older boys play together all day and do their own thing. Middle boy isn’t jealous of baby because he just does his own thing or plays with brother.

By contrast, my good friend had her third at the same time but her kids are 4, 2, and 10 weeks.

My life is 100% easier, at least for now.

Gap #1 17 months. Gap #2 was three years (36 mos) Wanted DC 2 to be old enough that she wouldn’t dash off into the street while I was loading baby into car seat. Figured by age 3, they would be able to keep still and follow simple instructions to make life with an infant easier. Could not do certain things with 17 mo old and newborn!

First two are 19 months apart. Number 2 and 3 are 3.5 years apart. Actually wanted them closer together but I had 3 miscarriages before I got pregnant with number 3 (tried for a year).

My brother has three - first two are 20 months apart, then 2.5 years until the third. They're older now (oldest is 9) and those age gaps seem to have worked very well for them.

My SIL has three - all 2 years apart almost exactly. Oldest is now 11. I've known them since the youngest was about 2, and she's always seemed more overwhelmed to me.

First Galway 15 months, second was 24. They are such good friends. It was awesome

21 months and 15 months apart.

My oldest turned three two weeks before my youngest was born. Tough in the beginning, but super easy now.

First were 22 months apart second were just over three years apart. They are 7, 5 and 2 now and all boys. It took longer for the little one to be folded into play, but my 7 year old is amazing with him.
