Is your school returning full time in term 4?

Anonymous
Besides Lafayette, wondering what other elementary schools (DCPS or Charter) will be offering 4+ full days/week to any student who wants it?

If your school is offering this, what other changes are they making (teacher switching etc) to make it possible? Has there been intense pushback from the virtual-only families?

I've heard that Brent and Murch are doing the same. Brent is supposedly 4.5 days a week.

Bancroft. We accepted a spot last week.

Bancroft will be open 4 days a week, but for some grades there is more demand for in person than available spots.

Not ITS.

I know someone whose kid is going back 4.5 days at Oyster. So envious!

Not our school. Very very disappointed. The school has plenty of space for distancing.

virtual families already ruined it one time - nobody should listen to them anymore.

This is helpful. Please post. It is help data to show our school that currently has limited IPL and not changing plans.

And I agree virtual families can not stop reopening. They need an option but not drive it.

We need a comprehensive list of schools that are mostly open so we can shame those that are still mostly closed.

NP, but I think it's helpful to hear from schools where they aren't returning full time as well, to have (anecdotal) information about as many schools as possible in one place.
