| It’s clear that FCV gets their kids in their programs committed better then any other club around. That’s facts, what the heck is the other clubs doing? Parents paying all this money and more than half the kid’s not committed across the DMV and it’s not a lack of talent. What’s the deal? |

Good luck with GAL FCV dad. Enjoy reminiscing about the good old days... |
| Self-promotion? |
| recruiting? maybe in the last few years but not anymore. |
What? are you crazy? Look at the U17 group. Half committed to big name schools, how about your club? Can’t say the same can you? |
Just facts |

we've already discussed this on DCUM many times before. Once upon a time, Mclean and FCV were the only "elite" options playing in ECNL so all the talent gravitated to these two clubs. Those age groups are now starting to age out and graduate.
Things are so different now and talent is extremely diluted. |
| I feel like this is a troll post. |
Let's see how tryouts pan out. We went a year without tryouts really - there is going to be a lot of shifting this season and pent up demand to move. My DD plays for one of the younger ages at FCV and we're already hearing there is a high level of interest in transfers coming. |
I feel like you are the troll. |
To FCV? LOL is this a joke? |
True statement whether people like to admit it or not. FCV directors know how to get their athletes committed. Hours and hours of phone calls, film and prep work. |
It is definitely a troll post but the facts are accurate. FCV has done a better job of promoting players than any other club. This year the promotion has been more important due to the dead period but the rest of the pack will catch up in the next few months. FCV's time is running out though. They won't be the attraction they used to be with that GA platform. |
Why does it matter if kids from that program are going to top schools because that Director knows how to get the job done? Unlike surrounding clubs. |
