Maybe not on DCUM, but perhaps elsewhere on the internet. Which is why regular citizens who have NO business interfering are taking it upon themselves to obstruct law enforcement. |
This. Also are they ICE or carjackers? Who knows. Same types of masks. Shouldn't the MAGA supporting law enforcement also be upset with the poor training given to ICE? Basics 101, don't put yourself in front of a moving vehicle. They don't care about poor training putting ICE agents at risk? |

Exactly. ICE is NOT law enforcement. |
DP CNN posted an analysis of all the videos and says there is footage of the car making contact with the ICE agent before he fires. The link is posted on a prior page of this thread, and it’s on CNN’s main website. I think the entire situation is tragic and could have been avoided on multiple levels. |

Why does this have to be black or white?
Both sides were in the wrong here. Obviously, the ICE officer who fired the shots is way more in the wrong and should be charged. But, given the decedent’s wife was on the sidewalk ready to film, this is looking less like a “milk run” and more like baiting. She did not deserve to die, but why mess with it? |
Are you people incapable of saying anything that isn’t a propaganda talking point? You sound like a pre-programmed NPC. You, and people like you, are the problem in this country. You’re pathetic. |
The fact that there are reckless and inexperienced armed ICE officers working on city streets like the culprit in yesterday's shooting is the very reason why people should steer clear of them. They aren't there to be a danger to the public but they are due to the bad apples in the bunch. |
She obviously knew they were ICE agents…she was there to protest, not randomly passing by, right? A tragedy, but there’s no need to hypothesize outside of the known facts. |
ICE isn’t law enforcement. |
The ICE officer made contact with the vehicle. Or are you an “I got hit by a deer” and “that tree came out of nowhere” type? |
She was trying to escape and didn't care if anybody got run over. Use of deadly force is legally justified if the LEO feels he/she is in an imminent threat of substantial bodily injury or death. |
Except the murderer was not in the middle of any kind of enforcement operation. He was on break and in the car that drove around her, then when the second car stopped because they were angry they had to drive around her, the executioner got out of his car, walked back to her car, and shot her at point blank range from the side of her car. It’s indefensible. |
Yes, they are. these are literally the fallout of the pardoned J6ers wrecking havoc on the public in retribution for their failure. |
| The officer acted in haste (not the same as murder) But choosing to block police officers and then speeding off in a 2-ton vehicle with officers at your bumper to avoid arrest is irrational. She rolled the dice. Sadly she died. |
She didn't run over anyone and she was moving because they told her to "move move move" |
