You just described 90% of all youth soccer clubs. |
Fired because he’s better than the “directors” with all their super duper licenses and phony accents. They couldn’t stomach a humble guy from El Salvador schooling them on football knowledge. VRSC is a toxic cesspool of snakes and rats. |
Source? And no, "it's my opinion" doesn't count. If anything VRSC is amongst the worst in this department. |
You mean he is happy to be "here" and doesn't talk about what a crap hole America is and how stupid 'mericans are? |
The answer is that this is not some favored parent. This toxicity is from the administration at VRSC. Constant shit posts to keep this thread on top of the forum. |
| lol Hans is gone too. How did he split? |
Source? The "about" page of every 90% of all youth soccer club websites. |
What about Frans? |
There goin to pump u up! |
I seen who they think are starters. 1/2 of the players actually don’t deserve the starting role and when they do mess up, they are never, ever corrected or held accountable. The result is they never get better. Unfortunately, once a coach make a decision on a certain player, it is very hard to change their opinion. This means some mediocre players get priority over players who are significantly better. Some coaches hold players responsible immediately and they aren’t very well regarded either. |
| We left FCV/TSJ because of CC and then he came to VRSC and turned it into FCV with the misogyny, favoritism, lack of transparency. |
| Not wearing shin guards and comparing it to getting a girl pregnant is a NO NO. Your mom banging your coach for more minutes is ok! Lol |
You make your point well, however, it’s never appropriate for an adult to talk this way to a teenager no matter how big of babies they are. If the coach doesn’t like the quality of his players that he selected, maybe he should find other players. |
If he wanted quality players he should have taken a job at a better club. |
Moms put a lot of work in with other coaches/admins to get boys on the team. A lot of times, it's hard to believe but there are many kids on teams that the coaches don't want but because of the family, connection to club or its members and other variables, those kids have to be on those teams |
