| Which schools were “hot” this year? |
Florida Arizona University of Texas Tulane Georgia |
They all should have AC .. OP.
|
| Kinda hard to judge what's especially "hot" when apps increased significantly at most top 100 universities. Ones that had even bigger increases than others? |
| Judging by the increase for number of applicants, top privates like Harvard with 47% increase are popular this year. |
| The reach that you can get into this year. Or the match that you can get into . . . |
| "hot" as in hot babes? |
Why do y’all think these schools were hot this year? Location (literally warmer than being in the NE)? Work-life balance? Being somewhat middle of the road politically (so the whole disruption thing may be less of an issue)? Possibility for merit scholarships? Traditional athletics/Greek/R1 campus experience? I heard from DD that Colorado also is hot this year, supposedly due to location. Who knew?? |

One measure of "hotness" is the increase in applications this year. Here is a list compiled at the end of January. The schools listed are, presumably, just those that reported their numbers. Others have since then.
https://www.ivywise.com/blog/class-of-2025-college-application-numbers/ Only very selective schools appear on the list. Others that are less selective might well have experienced large increases in applicants too. |
An odd list, what are you basing this on? |
Went right over your head, didn’t it? |
DP but I'd say SUNSHINE quota most likely.

Oh I get it lol |

Colorado has been popular for many years. One I keep hearing about is Tennessee. |
Is there any chance you will ever develop beyond adolescence? Any at all? |
