Digging the interim Jeopardy host

This week's host is one of the executive producers and he is doing a great job! I miss Alex and would prefer more diversity but if it ends up being a white guy, this one has my support. He nice to look at, smart, and not weird or problematic like Ken Jennings.

TMZ put something out a couple days ago saying how this guy “crushed it”. I watched last night—what’s the big deal?
I think the praise is more rooted in hate for Ken Jennings, but why?
I thought Ken did a fine job. I LOVE the idea of Ken being the next host. How cool would that be? How many games shows have that sort of history and lineage to be able to say they have the greatest player ever as the next host???

His exec producer is a nobody. Give me the all time best player.

Ken has offended the disability community more than once, without apologies. He simply doesn't care if he has offended or marginalized people and that is not ok. Those issues aside, he's simply not a good host and doesn't really connect with the contestants.

Except that he has apologized.

Except he has apologized, which is fine. I’m tired of cancel culture robbing good people of their livelihoods.

Sorry but did you watch when Alex greeted the contestants midway thru first round? It was always SO awkward. Ken was fine.
And I’d like to know what Alex had that Ken didn’t, since Ken was “simply not a good host” and as we all know Alex was gods gift to game shows.

Just don’t tell me Mr. no-name was so great because you are anti-Ken.

He’s bland and smarmy and useless.

Signed,
Have been watching for decades, Team Ken over this guy, Team LeVar over all.

Apologies mean nothing if you keep doing the same thing.

Ken’s voice is....not good. No one can replace Alex, but I already like the new host more than Ken.

We don’t even know this new guy. Check his tweets, tax returns, and arrest records!

So what happened that the producer guy had to pinch hit? Who was supposed to be hosting?

Agree. Ken does not have the voice for jeopardy. New guy is better, but I thought there were a number of good guest hosts lined up ( except for Dr Oz).

New guy's voice is better than KJ's, but he blathers on for way too long and I don't think the Alex quote he says every night is pithy or memorable or compelling enough to be repeated ad nauseum. Next.

James Harden for host or nobody!
