Trend is in the opposite direction. So I don’t think any time soon.

Imagine the life choices one has made where they find themselves going onto a MySpace-era message board to type this message and hit submit by moonlight. Prolly with a flat Natty Bo in the armrest cupholder, and perhaps divorce pleadings and unopened utility bills strewn across the floor. Just, wow. There’s a Netflix screenplay here. Or commitment papers.

Prep vs Gonzaga on Tuesday night at Georgetown.

Does anyone think the Lil Hoyas will come ready to play or have they thrown in the towel for the 2025 season?

They will be ready to play in May. Their multi-sport athletes are tired.

Bullis has the best attack combo in the area.

Goalie play was spectacular on both sides.

GZ offense is not nearly as dynamic as it’s been in previous years.

I did think Bullis was the overall better team last night despite it being a one goal contest. Bulldogs are clear favorites to win IAC with Landon right behind them.

Eagles are more athletic than the cadets and do well at the faceoff X. cadets have more firepower on the offensive side of the field though. WCAC is wide open this Spring.

Best game of the season so far.

It was a really good game. My two cents is that I was surprised at how sloppy the play was throughout. Tough turnovers by both sides and wasted opportunities. I can see why others have said the DMV is good, but not great this year. There are very high commits on both teams that looked really off throughout the game. Not just one or two bad decisions, but consistently a little off. Not bashing just observing. there is a lot of room for improvement for both sides. I think the Bullis defense and goalie won that game in the end. They played very good as a team unit. The LSM (0) on Bullis is everywhere, very aggressive and despite a bad penalty early on was a difference maker on that side of the field.

There are a few playmakers on Gonzaga and Bullis that were completely taken out of the game by opposing defenses. It was obvious who they were playing where and why. This opened up opportunities for others to step up. In the end Gonzgaa had no answer, and they tried, to shut down the Bullis lefty attack. Gonzaga did not have anyone step up on offense when they needed to and that was the game. I think it goes 50/50 if they played each other 100 times. Great test for both teams and I think both will continue to improve over the next few weeks into their conference playoffs. Bullis will have tough time against Landon. Eye street matches up better against STJ and should be clear favorite in WCAC.

Good analysis of the game.

I thought Bullis was slightly the better team on Friday night but maybe GZ had tired legs from their California spring break trip.

Bullis was better on the offensive side of the ball. As for the Eagles, unlike in previous seasons (Gardner last year) they don't have an offensive player who is flat out going to scare you when he has the ball in his stick.

Goalie play for both keepers was impressive.

Eagles need to beat Prep on Tuesday to get their mojo back.

I like all of these picks except EHS, which I will fall to St. Christophers in Richmond. A two-hour bus ride on a weeknight is a hurdle in itself.

I can't make it down to Georgetown for the GP - ZAGA game, can someone please post updates. Despite the Hoyas record, I expect this game to be very close. Eagles win 9-7.

Correct. On NLSE. You have to create an account, which is free and easy.

They do an outstanding job with both the game footage and commentary.

Featured half time segments and post game interviews for Bullis/GZ.

Who's the favorite to win the IAC? I think it's Bullis right now, but who knows?
