I looked her up and found this.

She doesn't come across well, never really has. But she's pragmatic, thoughtful, not soft, and reasonably effective. Except for her personability, I like her.

I've always liked thoughtful, intellectual leaders. I cringe whenever I hear a politician go for the heartstrings or pander. It feels so offensive, as in, who do they take me for?

Kamala Harris has done extremely well ever since the debate, I have to say. She's in the worst position of all: being scrutinized for a potential job without being able to defend herself, and indeed, while having to defend Biden's piss-poor performances. And she's come out of this with flying colors.

So I have no doubt that this is her baptism of fire, and she can handle anything the GOP throws at her. It will get really nasty, even nastier than what Obama went through, because at least he was male, not female. Republicans will attack all the perceived stereotypes of female politicians, they will dog-whistle the Black and Indian communities, and they're ready to deploy Birtherism 2.0, because her parents were not American when she was born, or she spent her high school years in Canada, etc...

And the more GOP-bashing she gets, the more the Democrats will unify behind her. So bring it on.

I’m so sick of “narcissist” being used to describe everyone who does anything a person doesn’t like. Biden is the President and wants to run. He’s said that delegates should vote their conscience. If some rich people have decided at the last minute that they don’t want him to run, that’s too bad. They’re not trying to force him out for the sake of the country, btw.
