Biden won the nomination legitimately. There were months of primaries and caucuses and he won by getting almost all the votes. The time to oppose him and offer an alternative was a year ago. Who are the people behind this and what gives them any authority to overrule the primary voters and install someone who did not run for the nomination?

We didn't have clarity into how much his health had deteriorated a year ago. Either it was covered up, or it has accelerated in recent months. Given the new information, we the people demand an alternate candidate.

From what I've heard, he has precipitously declined in the past few months.

Things change, and we change with them. Inflexibility does not serve anyone well. This is what we teach our children.

He's been doing that in the time since the debate. And it hasn't been working. Yelling at Lester Holt, unable to remember the SecDef's name, etc.

Hansen is mistaken. This is not driven by elites. Everyone has come to the realization, all at once, that Biden has declined. And he needs to go. Should we have realized this at this time last year, before the primary campaigning started and when potential candidate were deciding? No, because he had not declined then.

Earlier this year, when conservatives pointed out his decline in videos, they were poo-pooed (including by KJP) as “cheap fakes” and altered video. Many of us saw it. Sorry some of you refused to. I don’t know what to tell you.

Holy smokes. You are in total denial if you think the decline is only recent. Those of us paying attention have seen it for years. We told you to look at video of him just 5 or 6 years ago to see the difference. Those that realized “all at once” simply believed the lies the WH was telling you.

He's not stepping down. He's your horse.

Embrace the suck.

Oh? You've interacted with him how often?

Don’t you remember Joe being hidden in the basement for nearly the entire 2020 campaign season? If you don’t, maybe you’ve gone batty.

That’s the point. We’re not interacting with him and still knew he wasn’t coherent. Perhaps you should revisit your news choices.

But I guess that was his selfish goal all along. And it’s working. Maybe he’s not as senile as we all think! Giving Kamala VP in the first place when she’s so unlikable and incompetent was already a smart move for his political survival.

Are you talking about 2024? Biden has not won a nomination. There is no Democratic nominee for 2024 yet. There has been no convention yet.

He still crushed Trump.

Trump who rambles for an hour and a half on nothing whatsoever, that’s the GOP’s proud standard bearer.

I like the equestrian analogy. Ridin’ with Biden.

Nope. The Special Counsel interviewed Biden on October 8 and it was on full display. Hur then said the quiet part out loud and was viciously attacked for trying to be a patriot. You and your friends own this.

Also, Biden’s refusal to do the Super Bowl interview was another red flag missed by Dems.

Nonsense. It's been evident for some time. Do you not recall Democrats being absolutely furious with Special Counsel Robert Hur when he described Biden as a "well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory?"

Everyone in Washington has known forever that Biden has been in a state of significant decline for a long time now. But they kept it hidden from the public and sought to destroy the careers and reputations of those who merely pointed out the obvious. It was only after the debate - when it become impossible to keep the charade going - that Democrats panicked.

And now it's too late. Democrats will suffer catastrophic losses in November no matter what they do. Their arrogance and hubris have brought us to this moment. And as a consequence, Trump and the GOP will roll to a landslide victory this Fall, courtesy of the Democratic Party and their collective idiocy.
