Dominion is serious with this litigation. But I thought they'd sue Trump after Jan 20. Any ideas why he hasn't been named as a defendant yet?

I blocked out it but I don't think he did many rallies post 11/03. He also ducked Giuliani's infamous briefings at the Four Seasons Landscaping and the one in that weird coal town somewhere in Pennsylvania. He did go to GA at least once though.

My point being - did Trump ever audibly accuse Dominion of stealing the votes or did he only let the legal eagles do it?

he tweeted after the election, I think November 12, expressly saying that Dominion machines had switched votes from him to Biden. he repeated the same lie multiple times, although I am not totally sure he actually mentioned Dominion by name but I think he did.

I hope he is sued. he certainly is a deeper pocket than Giuliani or Powell. he claims to be a billionaire, so he can actually pay the damages if he loses

Dominion sent letters a month ago telling Fox, Newsmax, OAN and others to walk back their bullshit or face lawsuits. Some have, some haven’t.
