Of course, they are basically destroying the business of Dominion. Who will buy their machines now? |
Actually they're saving their business or did you think idiots claiming they were hacked by the ghost of Chavez was a good thing? |
Also most of these contracts were paid up-front and long-term.
Georgia: In 2019, a $107 million ten-year contract with Dominion procured by the Secretary of State covers 30,000 touch screen voting machines and the installation of a “verified paper ballot” voting system. $89 million in payments were front-loaded into the first two-years of the contract. https://www.forbes.com/sites/adamandrzejewski/2020/12/08/dominion-voting-systems-received-120-million-from-19-states-and-133-local-governments-to-provide-election-services-2017-2019/?sh=45c63387620f |
That doesn’t answer the question |
It's tough to sue a news group for defamation. "We are just reporting what Rudy said!"" Of course, they formed and propounded their own opinions. But it is still tough. |
| There is a great interview of Dominion's CEO on the Sway podcast, NYT's Kara Swisher. He is very non political and they are taking a very methodical approach to the litigation. The point of the suit is to force the defendants to provide the evidence they claimed existed or admit on the record that there is and never was any evidence. They are not interested in settling this case. |

Hooray for Dominion! The only thing that is going to teach the far-right Lie Factory a lesson is severe punitive damages.
I hope the Sandy Hook parents demolish Alex Jones for purposefully exacerbating their unimaginable grief. I hope Dominion wins big from Giuliani, the Krazy Kracken and news outlets like OANN and NewsMax. |
Present value of the service contract over 20yrs, 1.3B? |
Isn’t Trump immune? |
No. Why would he be? |
| Please, Dominion, don’t stop with Rudy. Go after Trump, too. |
