Picture it: Washington DC. 2000.
Where were you dining and wining? I was making time over at Guapo's in Tenleytown and at the baked potato place over on Wisconsin (WHAT was it called)?? That's Amore in Bethesda was my go-to for a romantic Italian meal, and sometimes I'd indulge with a pupusa at Haydee's up in Mt. Pleasant if I was feeling frisky. You? |

Vidalia for shrimp and grits.
Montgomery’s Grille for Sunday brunch. Equinox for special occasion dining. Met friends at Childe Harold or Tabard Inn for drinks after work since they were near my office. |
