The Italian place in the basement of the Woodner.
Haydee’s and Ercelias in Mt Pleasant. The French crepe place, Little fountain cafe, and San Marcos in Adam’s Morgan. Plus Cashions for brunch or sit in the lawn chairs at comet liquors and have a bagel and read the paper. Sometimes head uptown to Colorado Kitchen, or downtown to Corduroy when it was in that weird office building. And Komi before it became a destination restaurant. |
| What a wonderful thread. Nights were always spent at the Tombs, Third Edition, Old Glory, Madhatters, Lucky Bar - ahhhh take me back to my youth! |
I did! Loved that place. Also cactus cantina |
