Please share your puppy's schedule

If you have a 5-6 month old puppy, please share his schedule. Ours is potty trained, but trying to put on a regular eating/walking schedule so that transition to return to work is easier, and we can have a walker come in. Thanks!

I have a corgi, he is high energy, but many labradoodles are higher energy.

Our is about 10 months old, but we are working towards the same idea.

I do a 45-60 minute walk in the morning (8ish on weekdays, 9ish on weekends) and give him his breakfast (kibble) he sometimes eats it and sometimes will not touch it until the afternoon. He gets taken out again about 1-2 pm, depending on our schedule, usually a shorter walk or game of frisbee, around 30 minutes. He can usually easily wait until two to go out from a bathroom break perspective, but we do some playing with him in the house and if he seems to want to I will take him out for a short bathroom break before then. We then walk him again before dinner (between 6 and 7) and again around 9 as the last (short) walk of the night. We give him his wet food dinner when we are eating dinner, around 7.

We are starting to have a dog walker come in once a week in the afternoon to get used to going out with someone. We also take him to daycare when our housecleaners come every other week. We still don't know if we are going to do daycare or a dog walker when we go back to the office. Hopefully, someone will be home most days

7 month old lab/cocker mix.

7am up out of crate out outside for either a quick bathroom break (when raining) or I walk him for about 20 minutes.
7:30 or so: breakfast when he gets home.
play for about half an hour.
sleeps while I work
12pm long walk if the weather cooperates.
sleeps while I work
4:30-5pm out again before dinner.
5:30pm eats dinner after us.
6:00pm 20-30 minute walk after
7:00pm about 20 minutes of training
7:30pm playing/tug of war/fetching a ball in the house/hanging out with him while he chews on something. usually about 45 minutes
8:30pm he chews on his own or naps
10:00pm bedtime

If I were working outside the house, I'd extend the early morning walk to help him get more energy out before leaving him. I'd have a dogwalker at noon.

I also send him to doggie day care a couple of times a week where he gets tons of exercise.

We have a very high energy medium sized mix breed, just turned 6 months but we've kept this schedule for a couple months now.
7 a.m. Wakes and eats breakfast
7:30-8:30 Walk through neighborhood with game of fetch at the park
8:30-9 Relax at home
9-11:30 Crate or couch nap (ideally crate to ease transition when we go back to work)
11:30-1:30 up, lunch, play with kids (on break from virtual learning)
1:30 - 4 Crate or couch nap
4:15-5:15 Walk/Fetch in neighborhood.
5:15 Dinner
5:15 - 6 Play, relax
6-8 depending on energy level/tiredness either crate with a Kong and then nap (so we can eat in peace), or puzzles with treats in the kitchen.
8-9 Plays
9-11 Relaxes, snoozes on couch
11 p.m. Crate for the night

We are really hoping this schedule will translate fairly well when we need to go back to the office. For now, crate is separate from us in hopes that she won't develop separation anxiety when we're actually out of the house.

It makes me relieved to read both your puppies nap/relax so close to bedtime. I've been giving mine dinner around 7pm and trying to stretch bedtime till 9pm but around 8pm she get so sleepy and I find myself fighting to keep her up so she won't ruin her overnight sleep. I've been operating thinking I need to exhaust her before bed. Last night I just gave him and put her to bed when she was tired at 8:30pm and I was paying for it at 6am.

Our 8 mo old now hops on the couch at 7:15 and looks at us, like why are you not here so I can snooze next to you?? She may get up for 20 min of playtime between 8/830 but her last outside is 9:30 and then to bed in her crate. Sleeps 10 hrs.

Thanks for this. We have a 13 week old Corgi and I am trying to get an idea of what life will be like. I feel like we are constantly taking her out. Thanks for the insight.

5mo large breed

Most weekdays (weekends highly vary!)

10-7: crate overnight
7-9: food, long walk, supervised play in backyard
9-10:30: crate while I shower/dress/do chores
10:30-3:00: dog park for 45min, play around house/yard (catnaps at some point), short walk
3-5: crate (is tired at this time, and is a hectic noisy time at our house)
5-10: DH walks her at 5, then she is out and about all evening. Catnaps on and off throughout evening.

I SAHM, DH works FT, we have two tweens distance learning FT, and an elementary schooler in-person school FT

Schedule changes a bit if I have any appts/errands on a given day. I shift her crate time to when I will be gone and adjust accordingly.
