If you have a 5-6 month old puppy, please share his schedule. Ours is potty trained, but trying to put on a regular eating/walking schedule so that transition to return to work is easier, and we can have a walker come in. Thanks!
What kind of dog?
Labradoodle (medium)
I have a corgi, he is high energy, but many labradoodles are higher energy. Our is about 10 months old, but we are working towards the same idea. I do a 45-60 minute walk in the morning (8ish on weekdays, 9ish on weekends) and give him his breakfast (kibble) he sometimes eats it and sometimes will not touch it until the afternoon. He gets taken out again about 1-2 pm, depending on our schedule, usually a shorter walk or game of frisbee, around 30 minutes. He can usually easily wait until two to go out from a bathroom break perspective, but we do some playing with him in the house and if he seems to want to I will take him out for a short bathroom break before then. We then walk him again before dinner (between 6 and 7) and again around 9 as the last (short) walk of the night. We give him his wet food dinner when we are eating dinner, around 7. We are starting to have a dog walker come in once a week in the afternoon to get used to going out with someone. We also take him to daycare when our housecleaners come every other week. We still don't know if we are going to do daycare or a dog walker when we go back to the office. Hopefully, someone will be home most days
