As the title says. Is it too big or just the right size?

Depends on a lot of factors. I would not like or regularly wear a ring that big, but plenty of women love them. It's also worth considering her hand size - if her ring is a size 5 or something it's going to look even bigger against her hand than if she wears an 8.

For me it would be way too big but for a few people, the bigger the better.

totally depends on the hand size. I have slightly under 2 and it looks fine (albeit a bit on the bigger size, which I had to get used to), but when my sister tries it on it looks gauche and really not good. she's petite and I'm not

I wouldn't go any bigger. But some women have huge hands and need bigger rings to balance it. I have 1.5 and like it, but could do a 2ct (I mean, if you forced me )

FWIW I went with a smaller diamond with blue sapphires on each side and I get nothing but rave reviews.

Yes. Aren’t diamonds on the way out now, with the man made ones becoming more popular? And with COVID hand washing. I see either no rings at all or just plain bands. I don’t think diamonds are coming back.

I have a 1 ct that I think looks really big on my hand. But I have the greedies sometimes and the bigger ones look so tempting.

But, what do you (or your GF?) like? Personal prefernce.
