Yes, this is what we all saw. The officer was clear of the vehicle and no longer in harm's way when he fired three shots at the driver's head. Inexperienced gun carrying street cop wannabes are a recipe for disaster.

Minnesota should be offering a reward for information leading to his arrest.

His ice colleagues would turn on him in a second.

I don't doubt this. It only takes a couple of trigger happy idiots to make the entire agency appear as useless thugs. ICE has been around for over 20 years doing important and necessary work for this country. This idiot and a few other relatively new hires have tarnished their reputation.

The current administration has ruined their reputation. If I were an agent even close to retirement I’d go ahead and put in my papers. All the folks in charge have done is sully your work and make your life more dangerous.

Being prepared to draw your firesrm in a tense situation is standard procedure. Drawing your firearm in ready to fire position is a different circumstance. Retaliatory shots towards the head of a driver of a moving vehicle is reckless insanity.
