Is this sarcasm? I distinctly remember a three word chant all Republicans would utter. |
The investigation started before Trump announced his candidacy. Or in your world, anyone can announce a run for an office to stave off an investigation? |
Well DOJ would need to run a poll to see if they were a "leading candidate." Just look up the "leading candidate immunity" clause in the constitution. |
I think Smith was hired to do an investigation and the facts of the case led him to a grand jury and the grand jury promoted the indictment. |
Yes, I thought that was clear. |
No, what happened was that the investigated the case and didn't find any prosecutable crimes. Trump's AGs spent the next 4 years investigating a whole host of democrats including Clinton, HB, and John Kerry, and also didn't find any prosecutable crimes. This was just a few years ago, it isn't like it was so long ago that your false assertion should stand without challenge. |
Please re-calibrate your sarcasm detector. |
With MAGAs, it is hard to know. Use the generally accepted /s at the end of a sarcastic post. |
I assume sarcasm. All I remember was "Lock her up!" and her issues weren't even 1/4 of what Trump has done. |
This case won’t be in Cannon’s court in Florida
Nevada 'fake electors' appear before D.C. grand jury investigating Jan. 6 https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/nevada-fake-electors-appear-dc-jan-6-grand-jury-rcna89084 With Donald Trump set to appear in Miami for one set of federal charges, back in Washington, another grand jury investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol and Trump’s efforts to stay in office is also moving ahead in full force. Nevada GOP Chair Michael McDonald, a close Trump political ally, as well as Jim DeGraffenreid, the state party’s vice chair, were spotted by NBC News entering the area where the Jan. 6 jury is meeting at the Washington federal courthouse Tuesday. |
😂 Thank you for the laugh. |
Trump lost the popular vote both times. It’s never been the will of the people for him to be our president. I guess it’s possible he’ll win over even more voters…but I wouldn’t hold my breath. |
Well if that's true, then why did they send a criminal referral to the FBI????????? I mean, "to be fair". Because a criminal referral is for prosecuting a crime. |
