It would be SO EASY for Trump staffers and Trump himself to go on record and swear that they did not know Pence was in danger, they thought he'd been evacuated, blah blah blah... ... they could just agree to testify! And yet... the only people who have stepped up all have explosive revelations that go the other way! Hmmm. |
Alyssa Farah also said Ornato lied about something said to her. Before the assault on protesters in Farragut Square she asked Meadows and Ornato if they could warn the press just before the action so they could get out of harm’s way. Meadows of course said no way. When it was investigated later Farah told the story and Ornato refuted her and said that meeting never happened. |
Let's apply the same standard to EVERYONE: if you're not testifying under oath, your anecdotes are worthless. Why is Farah not talking to the Committee? |
I’m sure she has, but she wasn’t in the rooms and meetings that Cassidy was in. |
Has Farah been seen in any of the Committee videos? |
Having a current SS agent who was formerly helping to overthrow the government, seems problematic. |
Because if they admitted that the GOP functions like the mob, they’d have to rethink some things. And if there’s one thing I know about Republicans, it’s that they find thinking so hard that doing it once was enough. |
That's why he's now in charge of D&I training |
Thanks, PP. But so far, her testimony has not been made public, so we can't be sure that what she says to the press is what she said to the Committee? I imagine there's no discrepancy there, but in view of future DOJ investigations, it would be nice to know whether all these comments were also submitted under oath. |
What does that mean? |
That's where they put him when he burrowed back into the Secret Service. They couldn't risk him on a detail. |
