The average number of workouts per a subscription according to the company is 18 rides a month. If a couple is sharing a subscription - that's 9 rides per a person. If they're not sharing - that's roughly 4 or so rides a week.
That's pretty good. I'm at a ride every day but I want to know what others are doing. |
I ride 4 times a week beyond the warm up and cool down rides, but I also run 4-5 times a week and do other Peloton classes like yoga and strength training. |
I only got mine recently but my goal is 2x a week. |
It goes in waves according to the season and how busy I am with work and kids. Some months I ride every day, some I only make it on the bike a couple times. |
I’ve had mine for nearly 3 years and I average about 5-7 rides per month. Less before pandemic. |
Good lord. Is peloton a verb now? |
I try to do something every day whether it is the bike, an outdoor peleton run or strength workouts. Sometimes barre or yoga. Prob use the bike about 4-5 times a week. |
I do at least one run or bike 6 days a week (often 2-4 runs/rides some days) plus core everyday and other strength 3x a week. I do meditation and stretching classes occasionally. Sometimes I’ll put on a walk to walk the dog. |
5ish times a week |
I ride 6 days a week, normally for an hour. I participate in a couple of challenges, the Power Zone Pack and Progressive Overload Training. The PZP challenges are a bit too Matt centric but I love my Team and the accountability. The POT adds in more ride diversity in ride type and instructors.
DH rides about 3 times a week. |
Usually 4x a week but 5x in winter, when I'm outside less. |
I ride about 4 times a week. But I also do a stretch class after every ride, and sometimes I stack shorter rides together. So it would look like I do around 10 workouts a week, but I only consider it to be 4 - and I'm sure many people do this so the numbers from Peloton appear higher than they are. |
How long each 4 workouts? |
This is me. I stack content a lot. I often do a 5 minute warm and/or cool down ride on top of a 30 minute ride. I prefer that over a 45 minute ride. . I do stretches. Similar for run, I may do a 20 - 30 minute run and if feeling good stack on a 10 minute extra mile then stretch. |
I think about this, how when i hit 100 rides it will feel a little like cheating because I allllways do a cooldown ride. |
