30 min rides 5-6 times a week. I also try to do strength trainings in addition to the rides and get in longer, like 45 min rides on the weekends. |
In the last seven days, I have accessed 11 "workouts" through them, including rides, an outdoor run, strength classes, stretching content, and one meditation. In the last 30 days?? 66 total workouts.
That doesn't include what my husband has done through our account. |
I ride 3-4 times a week. |
It varies. This week: Saturday - 45 min ride, 5 min stretch Sunday - 20 min ride, 5 min stretch (had done weights off peloton before this) Tuesday - 30 min ride, 15 min ride, 5 min stretch Wednesday - 15 min ride, 5 min stretch (had done weights off peloton before this) Friday - 20 min ride, 5 min stretch (had done Pilates off peloton before this) = 11 “workouts” |
I am not willing to accept this. Who's with me? |

I am usually on the bike 4-5X a week and that usually means 7-8 workouts total depending on if I go 20-20, 30-10, 45-0, etc. Just depends on the mood I'm in |
Usually 5 days a week. probably one day I can only fit in a 20, one a 45 or 2 20's, and the other 30s. |
7 days a week for at least 45-1 hr ride, 45 min yoga, and 10 min core. 3 days a week, I add 20 min strength training. |
Do you see any risk for over-use injuries? I get my peloton in 3 weeks and would like to use it as much as possible. |
I actually started the Peloton after injury from running. I’ve been doing daily Peloton cycle and yoga since March, and if anything, I feel better because of it. I think doing the yoga is key. I am a big Fan of Anna and Kristin. |
Great to know. I’ve had hip issues and now a foot issue from running. I hope the bike is better for my body than running. |
Peloton is not a verb. |
I only do 1-2 peloton cycling classes per week. I also do the running classes tho, 2-3 times per week. |
I use their content every day for 2-3 classes- I try to do 50-60 min of exercise. I also will do a meditation a few times a week. |
