Expectant mamas. Can you share any tips that helped you conceive? Diet, supplements, sleep, tracking?
I did a lot of supplements from It Starts With the Egg, used preseed, tracked my cycle, all of it. Got pregnant month 6 and the only thing I did differently that month was Mucinex. If we try again I'll incorporate that right away, although of course it could have been a coincidence.
Turkey baster and headstand. I am not kidding. I wanted to guarantee it because my gyn told me time was of the essence after fibroid surgery. It worked that cycle.
My hubs made deposits 3 times a day for a months straight.
Tracking in an app and getting to know your cycle. Aiming to have sex every other day during the fertile period.
OP here. What supplements did you do? What do you mean about your husband making deposits?
To your first question: CoQ10, Vit D, Vit E, Vit C, prenatal. If you have PCOS, low ovarian reserve, or something else specific it's a different regimen. To your second question:

Lost 5 pounds, used OPKs.
You might need to get a lesson on the basics OP. |
Use preseed. We tried for 17 months with my first and it wasn’t until the 17th month when I learned about preseed that I got pregnant. Next two times I used it and got pregnant on the very first cycle trying.
I used a spoon a pregnant woman had ate off of.
Adding on from my post above: same thing with the supplement Vitex. I don’t tend to go for holistic supplement stuff but i also started taking that after 16 cycles and for both my next two pregnancy attempts and had success immediately. So either preseed and/or Vitex made a difference for us!
I had to see a fertility specialist after trying for a year (I am early 30s) I hope you will not need that.
+1 to tracking your cycle, improving yours and your partners diet, and using pre-seed.
I was 23.
