Are you struggling to get pregnant, OP? I did not. Got pregnant on the first try with each pregnancy, didn't do anything special. We had sex everyday like we normally would. I would just suggest to start taking a daily prenatal.

If you don’t already,start tracking your cycles now, including Cervical mucus and temp.

+1 on using Preseed. We were about to go down the IFV road and Preseed worked.
