Probably a fair question to start asking.

“Then there is [McDaniel’s] record on the other big job for the party chairman: bringing in money. Last year saw the RNC’s lowest annual fundraising total in a decade. At the end of January, the Democratic National Committee had nearly three times as much cash on hand.

Meanwhile, many Republican state parties — which have not always been particularly strong players, even in the best of times — have disintegrated into a dysfunctional MAGA-fueled mess.
In the key state of Georgia, for instance, the party has spent more than $1 million on legal fees, largely to defend fake electors, including the party chairman, from criminal charges. In Arizona, another state that Republicans must win in November, the chairman stepped down after the leak of an audio tape in which he appeared to be offering a bribe to get 2022 gubernatorial nominee Kari Lake out of the Senate race. In Michigan, an ongoing power struggle has seen the new chairman locked out of the state party’s servers.”

Getting him removed will upset a good portion of the voting block.

Ha, I just posted that on the other GOP thread. He'll probably get a huge chunk of the votes. And yes, I know Missouri well. Half my relatives are there.

“A new bill introduced in the Missouri House would force teachers to register as sex offenders if they use the names and pronouns of transgender children or otherwise support them and their identity.

[…]

Teachers found guilty of “supporting social transition” would be placed in the same sex offender registration category as Tier 1 sex offenders, which is Missouri’s lowest level but includes possession of child porn or attempting a sexual act. And since no Missouri sex offender is permitted to be within 500 feet of a school or daycare, the bill would effectively end the teacher’s career.

Gragg did not have any co-sponsors as of press time and no hearing has been scheduled for his bill.

If it were to become law, however, the bill’s provisions could have devastating effects not only for Missouri teachers, but also for transgender and gender non-conforming children.” https://www.riverfronttimes.com/news/missouri-bill-makes-teachers-sex-offenders-if-they-accept-trans-kids-pronouns-42014864

It’s a good indication of where the GOP plans to drag the country.

Childish bullying, basically.

I’m not sure why those guys from South Dakota wanted to commemorate a woman who would born in Kentucky and died in Chicago and did not have a headstone, which generally means a person did not have a large enough estate to purchase one, but I can only think that the syrup jerk wanted to highlight a woman who he felt “knew her place.” Republicans have been very upset that faces used for advertising have been removed. Their proclamation to honor her said she died wealthy.

So Junior crows that the MAGA takeover of the RNC/GOP is complete.

Basically the GOP is now MAGAs and Evangelicals.

What say you, traditional "small government," "law and order" and "family values" republicans.

Is this your party still or where are you finding a political home?
