I thought SJC was a national lacrosse powerhouse. Beating Severn by 1 is rather eye-opening. Severn is mainly composed of sophomores and is not expected to compete well in the MIAA.

Speaks better to start working on that Hawks pipeline.

I agree. SJC would have looked alot better had they won by 2.

How did the Fogo do?

A win is a win. Some teams play up or down to opponent. Our squad has too.

If I'm guessing he went at least 80%. He played very well.

SJC Dad but not Fogo dad.

SJC took 80% of draws and won by 1? Comments about "win is a win" withdrawn!

Correct. SJC was up 12-4 midway thru the 3rd. 12 consecutive turnovers "yes consecutive" resulted in 8 unanswered goals. This team will struggle against every team in Conference with play down the stretch like that.

Bullis found away to win the game despite the number of the turnovers. Mahar and Anzelone are a phenomenal attack combo for the bulldogs. Bullis certainly out shot Gonzaga too.

I’m cool with Bullis being ranked 1 in the DMV after last nights performance.

As for #2 or #3, its either Landon or GZ.

SJC beating Severn by a goal yesterday, makes you wonder just how good this Cadet squad really is.

Expect Gonzaga to pound GP next week.

It was a really fun game to watch. Bullis is big on offense. 21, 33 and 28 look like college players up close. We couldn’t handle them as we are relatively small in the back, especially 33.

Our goalie played good enough to win/stole some and our offense is getting better. We’ll be tight there in the end, I’m confident of that.

Gonzaga and Bullis are clear favorites to win their Conference.

I would have called time out and subbed in the bench if my starters had that kind of mental breakdown.

Severn is terrible; bet the underclassmen could have closed out better.

Agree, some big dudes on that team. Bullis goalie also made some pretty good saves in 4Q including one right at the end. Good game overall, was back and forth.
