Not a lot of people sit around watching Gaza news on TikTok. It's certainly not a top 3 issue in this election. Maybe it is for student council at Columbia, but certainly not for US president. |
Send in the Marines |
National Guard, actually. |
I like how Texas is handling the mobs. They gave them a warning, then immediately followed up with a very large show of force. Then they started arresting people after non-compliance.
Meanwhile, Columbia is negotiating with the protestors while their university reputation is being destroyed. |
Columbia president gave a midnight deadline to disperse (last night), then changed to 8 am…..then said 48 more hours.
Anyone knows you do not negotiate with terrorists. Or toddlers. |
This is what is ridiculous. These students have broken the rules, not to mention the code of conduct. And, instead of facing consequences, they are "negotiated with." Absurd. And, a previous poster was right when she/he said they have no qualms attacking police because they think they can get away with it. All the actions so far have demonstrated that these brats can get away with pretty much anything. |

Drag queen made kids chant “Free Palestine” at library program in MA… Someone might want to tell them how a drag Queen would be treated over there. |
Zionists can’t believe that their carefully constructed narrative of last 75 years has been challenged. Sure, they bought the politicians but you cannot buy public opinion, that is a reflection of your deeds.
This is the only reason why since 10/7 there has been constant shaming of anyone voicing their concern for people of Gaza, the suppression of free speech is astounding. It’s almost like the entire U.S population should take a pledge of allegiance to Israel, nothing short of that will satisfy the Ackmans of this world. |

Here’s how Columbia should handle it:
1. If you can’t produce a student ID or proof of being currently enrolled, then you must leave campus or else you will be arrested. 2. Students who don’t disperse will be suspended. No credits will be given for the semester. Whomever pays their tuition will be notified. 3. Any future demonstrations will require a permit and security comparable to how events are handled in DC on the mall, Supreme Court, etc. 4. All universities should immediately require unbiased trainings on critical thinking, how to weed through misinformation, and fact-based summaries of current events that underscore the complexity of the situation. Students must be reminded they are privileged Americans who must adhere to school policies. |
+1 These morons are simply useful idiots. And the face masks? Complete cowards. They are being supported and encouraged by Hamas and Hezbollah, who are only benefitting from these protests. Unreal. Major terror organizations have expressed support for these protests and disruptive actions, which have long been a key part of Hamas’s plan to win hearts and minds in the West. As early as a decade ago, during the July-August 2014 Israel-Gaza war, Hamas’s Interior Ministry issued guidelines to social-media activists on framing events for a Western audience. Every senior Hamas leader has also acknowledged the importance of the protests and said that influencing U.S. and Western policy is part of the organization’s strategy for destroying Israel. Khaled Mashal, the Hamas leader abroad, on Oct. 10 urged supporters to protest “in cities everywhere.” On Oct. 31, he said that the organization’s friends “on the global left” were responding to its appeal. On March 27, he called for millions to take to the streets in protest, saying there had been an unprecedented shift in global public opinion. Six months after the attack on Israel, Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis and others aren’t merely cheering those protesting in the streets. They are working with and grooming activists in the U.S. and the West, through meetings, online interviews and podcasts. https://www.wsj.com/articles/whos-behind-the-anti-israel-protests-hamas-gaza-hezbollah-talking-points-d2f538ca |
