Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS)
| Just so everyone is clear, the class that has been evacuated multiple times…that teacher is one is the 7 leaving. She is also known to gossip with the parents in her class. This explains everything. |
Do employees typically go outside the workplace to drum up outside support to make their boss look bad? Because that is what is happening here. |
The bolded is a good example of what’s wrong with some parents at Navy. Your second grader doesn’t understand that the police are called for all sorts of reasons? They’ve never seen someone pulled over for a speeding ticket or a car accident that has taken place on the road? Like how sheltered is your kid that you haven’t had any conversations about police. Some people are doing their kids a huge disservice keeping them in such a bubble. Your kids are going to see some sh*t even at a “rich” public school like Navy. We can all wish for school to be a wonderful place all the time but it’s not reality. Parents who can’t handle that need to homeschool. |
So in your scenario, would it be OK for employees to complain to clients about their toxic boss? Because I’m pretty sure that would result in the employees getting fired real quick. |
Yes she is a very bad teacher. I do not know of one family that has had a positive experience from her. Many have suffered a lot from this toxic bitter teacher. I hope future don't have to. |
On the contrary, this just confirms to me it’s one crazy nut job trying to take the principal down for superfluous reasons (related to her child’s class). |
Yet Jon did nothing about her. Kids didn’t feel safe in her class and she was allowed to bully kids. Where was the parental outage then? Why weren’t we trying to get Jon replaced? |
You lost me at “attempted pencil stabbing.” Yes, let’s overthrow the brand new principal because there’s possibly a child with special needs in a class who can’t control herself. This happens everywhere. I’m sure the admin and teachers know you are one of those parents - hyper anxious, controlling, and stamping your feet when you don’t get your way. |
That's not what I got from it. It sounds like the poster feels deceived and has lost trust. If that post is accurate I don't blame them. Being told that something didn't happen is not the same thing as "yes, but" or "thats not accurate, here's what really happened". I wonder if others have similar stories, is this a pattern or isolated events. |
Yes bully is the best way to describe her. She has a pattern of attacking children and insulting them openly. She has complete disrespect for the value of being a kind nurturing teacher that should lover her job. Instead she is angry and vengeful. All parents have lost trust in her. |
LOL keep trying…nobody is buying the faux outrage. |
"Happens everywhere" don't be ridiculous. Kids are not stabbed everywhere. And nobody said anything about special needs, so typical to just make baseless assumptions. I bet you're one of the ones calling everyone a racist |
Literally nobody was stabbed. Fake news. |
+1 |
Don’t be obtuse. A kid who has extreme emotional reactions such that the class must be evacuated obviously has some kind of special needs. And yes, an attempted pencil stabbing does frequently occur in schools. Kids do that. Plus no stabbing actually happened! |
