It’s better than rioters and looters destroying communities, burning buildings, and assaulting people. Many of them are violent criminals. No one talks about how the third guy was in illegal possession of a gun and even stated he was planned to use it to shot Kyle.

So you admit it. You're more concerned with property damage than black lives.

None of this other sh!t matters. The kid should not have been there, he should not have been waving around a gun, he should not have murdered 2 people, and the officers should not have let him go. It doesn't matter who he killed, he should not have killed them. End of story.

Yes. I don’t support BLM. I care about black lives, not BLM. BLM is a terrorist group. BLM doesn’t care about black lives unless it’s a white cop killings a black
person or when they can make money. If they really cared they would be speaking up for the black people killed everyday. They won’t because BLM money doesn’t go to black people. It goes to fund the democratic election. There is nothing more dangerous to black people than white liberals. White liberals are the true racists. They want to tell white people how to act and tell black people how oppressed they are. The Democrats want to rioters to destroy their neighborhoods because that keeps them further dependent on the government and gets them a vote. The Democrats don’t care about black people.

FACT who was arrested at the riots in Portland Alt Right Trumper's. Fact who brought guns to the riots. Trumper's alt right! This is not a democratic issue, it is a Trump dog whistle period. Stop blaming Democrats when there are zero facts to support that. Trump is the problem with his idiot supporters! They are the cult of QANON!

If you knew any survivors or were a survivor yourself you wouldn’t view this through a political lens the minute you read the details of Rosenbaum’s pre-sentencing documents. There is absolutely no way I am going to expend any energy arguing against someone who shot someone who raped 9 year old boys and forced two 9-11 year olds to masterbate in front of each other. I am a parent and a human being first. I cannot subjugate that to spin this story for political means. Sorry.

Those five kids that Rosenbaum molested are probably on drugs, suicidal or dead metaphorically or literally now. They will never be well, ever. That matters to me more than anything else that happened in Kenosha.

I’ll be on the side that doesn’t dismiss someone who raped five boys under the age of 11 as just a “bad guy with a criminal past.” Bad guys with criminal pasts committed armed robbery, burglary, etc. Rosenbaum is a total POS. And I cannot get past that to filter this whole episode for political ends.

It's deeply weird to invent this assumed life of suffering for Rosenbaum's victims. Plenty of survivors of sexual assault aren't "on drugs, suicidal or dead" and your obsession with that is really morbid and pretty insulting to the actual kids involved. It seems a lot like you're using than to justify dancing on the grave of their abuser, rather than actually caring a bit about them.

What about Anthony Huber? Did he deserve to be murdered for Rosenbaum's crimes?

You don't care about the rule of law? The punishment for rape is not summary execution. What if he was abused himself? What then? People are not one dimensional. And they have rights. We don't murder people on the street, and that you can excuse this is sickening.

IT DOES NOT MATTER. His sentence was not death. The shooter didn't know his crimes when he murdered him! His life and his murder still mattered. I bet your hypocritical a$$ is "pro-life."

You are using those five kids as a political weapon right now, which is really despicable.

Huber had a criminal past:

"Records show Huber was a repeat arrestee for domestic violence.

In one instance he was arrested on charges of related to the alleged strangulation and suffocation, use of a dangerous weapon, false imprisonment, battery and disorderly conduct related to the domestic assault.

In another domestic abuse arrest Huber was brought up on charges of battery and disorderly conduct and designated a repeat abuser."

That said, the criminal pasts of Rosenbaum and Huber are not relevant to whether or not Rittenhouse committed a crime or acted in self defense. The jury is still out on that.

I shouldn’t be so shocked, yet here I am. It’s surreal to read the talking points and then read the previous posts. Everything is mirrored.

UPDATE: No additional firearm charges for Kyle. The gun was legal. So all those who suggested the gun crossed state lines were wrong.

Anonymous
UPDATE: The first shooter is charged.

Joshua Ziminski, 35, has been charged with disorderly conduct and use of a dangerous weapon for firing his weapon during the incident on August 25.

This strengthens the case that Rittenhouse had reason to fear for his life and was acting in self defense when he shot and killed two rioters.
