I don't understand why it is so hard to have systems. This cooler gets filled with the following items for beach picnics. This cooler gets all the alcohol. This is the list of cutlery and napkins and the beach blanket.

Here is the list for Elizabeth. Please complete these tasks every shift.

Bugsy got two new stews in shape so quick. Why can't Francesca manage two people who have been stews before??!!

Francesca is a horrible leader. She reveled in being able to fire Elizabeth instead of actually taking the time to train her. No, Elizabeth wasn’t the brightest bulb but Francesca did nothing to help her or build her up. She waited around corners to bust her for something.

It’s the same with setting a table. They typically look like trash.

Rachel seems like she has Aspergers or HFA. I like her. She has no social skills and doesn’t take shit and her work product is excellent.

I miss Ben. I miss Kate from like 4 seasons ago. Eddie is my middle aged man boy crush.

If she does have Asperger's or HFA, this is an interesting case study. She definitely seems to lack social skills. If she does have Asperger's or HFA, I wonder if she could share that with her crew members, in case it would help them to be compassionate rather than to expect her to have perfect emotional intelligence. (I say this as someone who found her totally vulgar earlier in the season, but perhaps compassion is what I should have felt.)

As a woman of a similar age who probably has HFA, most of us were never diagnosed as anything other than "weird." She realizes she's different, obviously, and is an awesome chef.
