Or they're making absolutely 100% positively certain their ducks are in a row before they drop the hammer on whoever is guilty in that crew, be that only one or two or a whole bunch of them. There were whispers all campaign long that Trump was working with Russia but it's just now we average people are finding out about an extent of what was known, the requested FISA warrants, etc. I wonder what else is being done currently... |

| The only person in the White House who doesn't have to have security clearance is the POTUS. I bet when Dems are back in power this will change and it should. Every person in Why should undergo rigorous security clearance. |
No, not that nonsense, it was the party line at DCUM. Everything else is outside the realm of possibility. All those suggesting otherwise are simply malign Trumpkins. |
This is a best a guessing game of "likely", "probably", "plausible" and nothing at all in the "always" and "never" category. Absent a lot of knowledge of when people have and haven't been offed, this is at best about dueling intuitions. |

Remember when Trump refused to admit that Obama was indeed born in the US, or that the Russians were the ones resonsible for the hacking?
Deny, deny, deny. Then... oops! I bet if someone had said there was a tape about him making sport of sexually assaulting women, he'd have denied that until the pigs could fly. |
There would be no way to do this. The constitution is the authoritative source of a President's powers. There would be no way of limiting his access to intelligence without violating Article II. |
| Those tweets look very sketchy, many people are saying this. Many many people. |
Madoff never dropped off the grid. Why should I keep reading the post? |
Madoff was the only financial criminal ever. You should definitely stop reading this nonsense of financial criminals hiding! What would they do? Go to a country with no extradition treaty with the U.S.? Pshaw! |

If Steele was lying, he has no reason to throw away his entire life. He doesn't owe a billion dollars and face life in prison. At most he will get sued for the return of some consulting fees. There's no jail in his future. Come on!
If he lied and feared Putin, he could end the threat from by going public and saying he lied. Problem solved. The only reason he would run is if he is really holding on to the truth. |
The only thing that frightens me more than Trump in the WH is Congress giving IC the ability to nullify an election by denying a POTUS access to information. |
Someone to pray for... |
He's not afraid of Putin; he's afraid of crazy Americans and their "second amendment solutions." Surprised the PEOTUS hasn't suggested this yet, actually. |
