As a Democrat, it all feels hopeless.

+1. I have Gen Z kids. From their perspective Biden:

- Is a strong supporter of 2 foreign wars which takes resources away from investing in healthcare or education at home
- Took no real action after Roe v Wade to place term limits on the SC (plus they live in a solidly Blue state, do not have interest in moving to a Red one so Trumps comments about how this will be an issue left to states is fine for them)
- Is clearly not up for a second term

While they don't like Trump, they think since we survived 4 years last time we can again.

A his is what my 24 years old dd said. The layoffs in IT sector are huge now, kids more worried about the jobs than abortions.

Did anyone notice how small Trump’s “rally” was in PA over the weekend?

I would be upset if my kids understood so little about civics and the power of the presidency.

The thing that changed for me was after the debate was the genuine shock at Biden's senility coming from democratic elites and his followers. This is something frankly a left-tail construction worker (me) spotted 4 years ago without any help from ideological bias. These people are high on their own supply and it’s telling.

I'm not saying there aren't some plots and coordination and ops l. It’s only that they're also easily had by same paranoid delusions they traffic to their normies, and the fact that Biden never saw a primary challenger is proof.

They do have competence but it only matters if you can get your normies to play along, and they've whipped their idiot base into a frenzy for 8 years, it's their only asset. Any relenting on that tactic would just reveal Trump to be what he is--kind of a moderate

I think 4 years of Trump should revamp Democratic party with yonger people. If Trump loses this time, we are bound to repeat what happened in Soviet Union when one geriatric president ( rather head of the party) was replaced with another every single year.

Yes, surely smaller than Kamala’s rally in PA.

He thing is for sure, even after Trump was almost killed buy a left wing assassin, we don’t see the right rioting in the streets burning down cities. Huh…

Was J6 not enough for you?

Anyway, no one really cares that much about Trump anymore, and I doubt very many people care he was shot.

This election is a complete joke. I am certain there must be better candidates than these.... Pathetic.

Mthe fact that we not seeing right wing riots now, after the shooting, makes me questioning were those people on J6 actually republicans? Or the same republicans as Crooks?

Same will happen in his second term. Just grab the popcorn and let the GOP have their “God” who is going to save mankind. We all know what’s going to happen…

We don’t actually know what exactly is going to happen if Trump wins. I mean, we know some of it, but we wouldn’t be able to guess all the victims.

Treat it like a joke if you want. There’s a stark choice this time and we had better choose wisely or the American Experiment is over.

+1. What did he accomplish his 1st term? He put a majority of extreme conservative justices on the Supreme Court, and other federal judges, making way to push through right wing legislation for decades to come. Who else will he be able to appoint in his next term?
