You have to watch some of their candid videos for that honestly. Even paparazzi pictures are retouched by fansites. I love Kpop for a lot of reasons but the “fan industry” behind the groups is troubling, to say the least. Like members’ skin tones are routinely lightened not just in official pics but also in fan retouching for fansites, which leads to more colorism, which leads to more retouching … this goes for both male and female artists but is worse with girl group members.

There is no bad seat at a BTS concert. It’s like nothing you’ve ever seen. The energy is crazy. Saw them pre-Covid. Hope you get a chance to see them

There is no bad seat at a BTS concert. It’s like nothing you’ve ever seen. The energy is crazy. Saw them pre-Covid. Hope you get a chance to see them

I want to take my kids (5 & 7 yo) to see them some day, they've become huge fans since we discovered BTS during the pandemic.

I wouldnt want to deal with flying out and the risk of being in a crowd and having to leave the concert, etc. unless i could be up close. Especially when, in a stadium, you often end up watching the screens which is basically the same view armies will get internationally. But enjoy! I will probably watch the feed from home
