He checked into rehab December 2020, transitioned to outpatient care February 2021, and was officially divorced in July 2021. The timing of this…ugh

Everyone knows it is entirely possible for some women to get pregnant naturally at 40. That’s not even remotely in dispute. And as other PPs have pointed out, very few reputable clinics would perform IVF where one partner is married to someone else. It could be natural or not, obviously no one on this thread knows either way.

The average 40 year old woman has lost 99% of her eggs. "Entirely possible" is not probable or likely. And the man in question is low T. Lottery odds.

That is incorrect. In societies without birth control, the average maternal age at last birth is 41. Your average 40 year old woman is quite capable of getting pregnant.
