2021 Appeals - Who's appealing & doing WISC?

This is a silly question I know - my DS is in 2nd grade in private, we applied for AAP got rejected. When we were completing the application - I talked to the teacher about the 'accommodations made for English/Math' and thought that was not supposed to be checked. Obviously a mistake - he's doing 4th grade math and reading. Is this something that can be corrected in an appealed application? She originally checked both as strengths that he's being challenged in intentionally because he thrives with the accelerated curriculum and then removed them when we talked about it... I feel like a fool but don't want my son to not have an opportunity because his mom isn't always the smartest Guidance appreciated. We're planning on submitting an appeal with better work samples and a parent letter. Thanks!

I don’t think you made a mistake. Historically, it is very difficult to get accepted from private school.

I used UPS Ground. I don’t know if that’s considered registered mail?
