I know what the acronym stands for but am still confused as to what an "Episcopal Curriculum" might be, especially the Episcopal Schools my kids attended had no such curriculum. Sure every few weeks there was a chapel meeting and the bible might be read and a few songs sung and then school announcements. There was no Bible instruction at all.

There is no Episcopal instruction. Kids go to church a couple of times a week and there is some character instruction - i.e., being a community, honesty, etc. - not Episcopalian specific.
