If you could pick the sex of your child/children

This is me, exactly (even the ages are the same). I always figured I would want one of each as that is how I grew up but seeing the strong bond between my sons makes me so happy. My brother and I are close but not like my sons. I think same-sex siblings is a completely different experience (assuming they get along). I would have been fine with a girl but I certainly don't long for one (and would never consider a 3rd just to try for a girl).

If I had picked, I would have missed out on a wonderful person. I did not pick and have two beautiful children. I can’t tell who either will be based on their sex.

If I could I would love my 3rd to be a boy. I already have two girls of which I love having girls but I'd like to experience raising a son. Either way I am ultimately happy with whatever I get.
